We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on selected products and promotional offers.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available).

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will usually make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered, it may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. DKMart.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
